Our approach
We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidance. The experience is designed for keyboard use, visible focus, screen-reader structure, responsive text, meaningful labels, reduced motion preferences, sufficient color contrast, and captions or transcripts when recorded media is provided.
Meeting accommodations
Please tell us before a session if live captions, additional written context, a slower pace, a phone alternative, or another reasonable accommodation would make the service easier to use. We will work with you in good faith.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email accessibility@decoratewithkatie.com with the page or task, the technology you were using, and the issue you experienced. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.
