How do I prepare for a virtual session?
When you can, add wide room photos, measurements, inspiration, and the questions you want to explore. You can add more before or after the appointment.
Where do I join the meeting?
The Join Room button appears in Sessions. Nothing needs to be downloaded.
How do I change an appointment?
Open Sessions and choose Reschedule. Changes made more than 24 hours ahead are complimentary for the first change.
